Lydie Römisch, geb. in Frankreich, harfenistin "mit funkelndem Klangsinn und schlagend brillanter Spieltechnik zum virtuosen Glanzlicht" begann ihre Karriere als Soloharfenistin bei den Bielefelder Philharmonikern. Als Solistin mit Orchestern spielte sie auch mit professionellem Kammermorchester.
„Die sehr überzeugende Meisterin ihres Instrumentes“ spielt im In- und Ausland dieses "majestätische Instrument". Es entstanden Mitschnitte von verschiedenen Rundfunkanstalten und Aufzeichnungen für das Fernsehen. Sie hat bei mehreren berühmten Festivals mitgewirkt, ist im kleinen Saal des Konzerthauses von Berlin und für das Kultusministerium Sachsen-Anhalts und vor dem Bundespäsidenten Frank Walter Steinmeier tätig gewesen.
Ihr musikalisches Können ist mit mehreren Preisen ausgezeichnet worden: 2021 Künstlerpreis der Sparkasse, 2003 Lehrer- und Publikumspreis bei einem Wettbewerb des „Conservatoire National de Région” von Saint-Étienne. Als „OWL-Studienfonds”-Stipendiatin bekam sie einen Preis bei einem internationalen Wettbewerb in Frankreich sowie bei dem Wettbewerb vom “Verband Der Harfenisten in Deutschland” in der ältesten Altersgruppe, bei dem sie zusätzlich einen Sonderpreis für die beste Interpretation von Orchesterstellen erhielt.
Die “renommierte Harfenistin“ hat zwei Diplome für Harfe an der Musikhochschule für Musik in Detmold erworben und ihre Kenntnisse durch Kurse bei weltbekannten Harfenlehrerinnen erweitert.
Seit 2011 ist sie Mitglied im Ensemble Tutti Romani, mit dem sie im Kammermusiksaal der Berliner Philharmonie aufgetreten ist. Diese „virtuose Instrumentalistin“ war 4 Jahre Mitglied des Ensemble Horizonte für Neue Musik, mit dem sie Erstaufnahmen im Deutschlandfunk und Radio Bremen bei WERGO eingespielt hat und mit dem sie neben anderen Frau Prof. Gerhild Romberger begleitet hat. In Duo Besetzung ist Lydie Römisch unter anderem in der Alten Oper in Frankfurt am Main aufgetreten.

Lydie Römisch, born Lydie Corbin in 1982 in Saint-Étienne, started the harp directly at the age of eight with the current assistant of the University of music of Paris, Geneviève Létang-Gintzburger. Since then she has earned an equivalent degree to DE for teaching and an orchestral diploma at the University of music of Detmold, Germany in the class of Godelieve Schrama. Masterclasses with eight world-renowned harpists, including Isabelle Moretti, Jana Boušková, Maria Graf, Gaëlle Vandernoot and Alice Giles have expanded her knowledge.
After a year of study as an Erasmus student, her master's thesis in musicology on Hindemith received the highest rating “very good”.
Lydie Römisch was rewarded for her musicality by several prizes, notably in 2003 by the prize of professors and the public of the Conservatoire National de Région of Saint-Étienne. Scholarship holder of the OWL-Studienfonds program, she was also awarded a prize at the international UFAM competition as well as the “Verband Der Harfenisten in Deutschland” competition in the oldest category and was specially awarded the prize for the best orchestral traits.
She won a competition for the position of solo harpist of the Bielefeld Philharmonic Orchestra for a fixed period. As a soloist with orchestra, she has played with the chamber orchestra Amadeus, including the soloists of the orchestras of Dortmund and Düsseldorf. “This virtuoso musician” was invited by several festivals (Musiques en Vivarais-Lignon, Cantart, READ, Kulturkreis Clemenswerth) and by the Ministry of Culture of Saxony-Anhalt.
She is particularly interested in chamber music and teaching. Since 2017 she is a harp teacher at the music school of Gütersloh. Since 2011 she has been the harpist of the ensemble Tutti Romani and for four years has been a member of the modern music ensemble Horizonte, with which she was the first to record plays on German radio in Cologne as well as on radio Bremo at WERGO and accompanied the famous singer Gerhild Romberger. She performed at the Alten Oper in Frankfurt.
She performs both in Germany and abroad, and has already been broadcasted on different radio stations. She also performed in the chamber music room of the Berlin Philharmonic in 2013.
A committed musician, she organizes a charity concert every year.

Lydie Römisch, harpiste française „au son brillant, à la technique étincelante et à la virtuosité rayonnante“ commença sa carrière en tant qu‘harpiste solo de l´orchestre philharmonique de Bielefeld. Sa musicalité a été récompensé par plusieurs prix et même par un prix spécial. La boursière Erasmus, de la GVL (Société pour l‘utilisation des droits d‘auteurs, l‘équivalent de l‘ADAGP) et du programme pour étudiants „OWL-Studienfonds” a déjà enregistré un CD solo (le second est presque terminé), ainsi que des premiers enregistrements mondiaux à la Radio allemande et la radio de Brême chez WERGO. Elle joue en Europe cet „instrument magesteux“ et elle a été plusieures fois retransmise à la radio et à la télévision. La lauréate du prix pour les artistes de la banque Sparkasse ainsi que du programme de la GVL „Redémarrage de la culture“, a entre autres joué avec Isabelle van Keulen et Prof. Gerhild Romberger, a participé à plusieurs festivals célèbres et s‘est produite pour le ministère de la culture de Saxe-Anhalt, le buro westphalien de Littérature, la fondation d‘Art de la Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie comme devant l‘actuel Président Fédéral et a déjà été entendu au Alten Oper de Francfort-sur-le-Main ainsi que dans la salle de musique de chambre de la Konzerthaus de Berlin et de la Philharmonie de Berlin.
